We will only replace or refund an item if:

● You receive the wrong colour or incorrect product.
● Your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect.
If any of the above applies, please contact us as soon as possible via email or Instagram Direct Message with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will organise a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
